A post 10pm order, so the inside was closed. I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and two of the three employees were outside, leaving one to work the window. She was pleasant enough, but the order was wrong and I had to go back through. I'll try to avoid this Wendy's in the future.
I waited in the drive thru for about 3 to 4 minutes and when they finally answered they were only accepting door dash and mobile app orders...
I usually get the grilled ranch chicken wrap sometimes they don’t even put the ranch on it but that’s OK but today I got one and it was so soggy and wet. I don’t know what that was about, but I was not happy with it. I threw it out won’t go back there for a while.
