The food is the only thing somewhat decent about this place. I’ve lived here all my life so I’ve been coming to it since it’s been opened there’s a Poquoson 411 review with photos to see. A lady ordered 16 jr burgers and was okay with waiting and each burger when she got home had a bite taken out of them. This is a major health violation and I’ve had it happen as well. Its disgusting and the employees except for one exceptional think it’s funny and joke. Someone needs to call the health department on this place I wouldn’t recommend any service here.

When ordering at the drive thru today at 2pm I was greeted very politely by a gentleman and he even asked if I wanted onions or cheese on my chili. Working in customer service for years I'm greatful that he presented the options to me. When at the window he was still very polite and I noticed super tall which is a great addition to us stubby people . Haha. Just awesome experience today y'all. Great jobPs. The chili was perfect too lol

The people that worked there were okay. Not rude or friendly. My husband and I stood there for a while before realizing we order on a screen. People saw us standing there and didn’t offer a “hello” or let us know there was a screen to order from.Ordering was fast and easy. There weren’t many tables and the one we choose was very dirty. The drink station was dirty as well.The food wasn’t the best either. It tasted fine but the quality of the tomato and lettuce was subpar and the size of each was much smaller than usual.

This is honestly one of the worst Wendy's I have been to. In my last 3 visits my order has been wrong, including giving me the wrong order. They have basically gutted the inside so there are only about 5 tables to sit at and the entire staff is pretty incompetent.

4 out of 5 of our burgers were wrong. The MANAGER instead of remaking, handed us a box with the missing meat in it for all 4 with attitude! Sorry but Wendy's is not assemble your own sandwich!!! Worst service ever!

I have only been to this Wendy’s two times. Both times they got my order completely wrong and the older lady at the window gets so offended when you want her to fix it. Not returning.
If you want to eat in your car, and receive the worst customer service possible at a drive thru, then this is the place for you. I understand it's hard to find workers, but hiring individuals who clearly don't want to be there, and hate their job is not the answer. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and went back, only to be disappointed again with the most rude employees ever. I will be supporting small business, because clearly they care about customer service.

Wendy's Biggie Bag , or the 4 for $4, offers you a variety of food and drink without destroying your wallet. I enjoy the junior bacon cheeseburger, but I do not like American cheese. No worries, most Wendy's carry Asiago and Muenster Cheeses. I enjoy the chili, the baked potato with your choice of toppings, or the salads. Anything you choose will be good. Thank you, Wendy!
