“I had visited the Kentucky Fried on Chesnut St, downtown Portsmouth. I was told they didn't have any white chicken for 20 minutes according to the cashier who said he would have to cook the chicken. I then drove to your store and the staff was very friendly and even though you didn't have the kind of breading I preferred, I was able to get my husband white meat which he prefers. I will definitely go to your establishment for my chicken in the future, it may take longer to get there but the experience will definitely be much better!!“

“Man the people working at night the 2 lady's and the guy ,KFC taco bell the need a race these are excellent employs, employees like this come once in a lifetime and you should cherish them. “We had a dinner party for our kindergarten there and we’re very happy. I had originally made the reservation for the wrong day on accident and they easily accommodated the date fix. Communication was quick and easy. Love that they handle large parties and reservations. The food was super good! And the staff was patient, friendly, and very helpful. I’m glad we took a chance here, and we’ll for sure be back.“

“Food is always fresh and for a good price. The service is amazing; always friendly and quick. Never have to wait very long even if the store/drive-thru is really busy. My favorite thing to order is the nuggets with Chick-fil-A and barbecue sauce. Also, the cookies and cream shake is amazing.“

“They had a very slimmed down menu and a lot of their products could be picked up from their quick pick section. Also the salad and soup is very good. My friend thought the pasta salad could use more dressing but my chicken tortilla soup had good flavor.“

They are almost always busy, and the employees remain calm and extremely kind and pleasant. They also don't ignore us delivery drivers when we come in like most places do. “Team member Calick didnt get my name correct, took a long time to take our order, took a very long time to serve our foods, had to ask us a couple times what our order was, and had to ask a couple times about condiments. This Chick-fil-A is okay if you can Overlook the lack of active listening skills and mediocre service.“

“Don't let the long lines fool you, your food will come out fast and fresh. Highly recommend the Chicken, Egg, and Cheese muffin, especially with Chick-fil-a's signature sauce. As always, incredibly friendly staff that's helpful if you've got any questions.“

“they do well here considering the high demand, but its frustrating that most of the time when i order a sunjoy with unsweetened tea, i am given one with sweet tea, so i end up paying an upcharge for a drink i dont even want. would be nice if i could get a discount for not getting a drink with a combo, or if they had iced coffee“

“Gorgeous restaurant and love how you have separate windows on each side to pay and get sodas while others ran the food. However, the waffle fries were burnt and warmish with no salt. I didn't get ketchup as typically I don't use it. I wish I did that day. I also don't visit your establishment too often so id love to see the full menu before having to order. The peer pressure is insane. I'd like 30 seconds at menu sign. I don't expect too much as it would slow the lines down even more. And we allll know, the lines can be rough.“

The service is really friendly and the lady operating the Front of house operations always provide good customer service with a smile. The prices are very affordable. The food is delicious. I would recommend the beef lo mein and especially their wings; the wings are crispy, fried to perfection and juicy!“
