To say they have "BAD DESSERT" may be incorrect at least as pertains to ice-cream/shakes as the staff of seemingly "ALL" Portsmouth stores routinely claim the machines to prepare them are out of order even during a promotion such as the limited time SCAMrock☘Shakes🥤. So if you want ice-cream or shakes McDonald's probably is not for you. this happened to me at 3 Portsmouth, Va. stores on the same day at Airline Blvd, London Blvd and Military Hwy on March 8 2022.
