Customer service is horrible
Me & my fiancé went there for dinner tonight it was my first time and OMG it was so good. The crab dip was amazing! An they are all so nice.
My husband and I was discriminated and lied too my a waitress name AVA. We were told that we walked out on our food. The waitress is mad that we didn’t give her a 20% tip, she is very rude and is very entitled as a worker. We showed our receipt showing that we paid the last time we were here. NEVER in my LIFE I have experienced anything like this. This is a BLACK owned restaurant and the waitress is White. I don’t like to use race but AVA is ignorant and racist.
