“Food is good but the staff didnt even acknowledge us or the 3 other families that came inside after us. When we walked in the one girl was telling them there was people up front that needed to order and they made comment the terminals were up there and we could just use those. Then another fam walked in made statement they needed order and the staff member that had just come in walked away and after 5 minutes still Noone came to greet or help anyone even those using the terminal that said they didnt know how to use it. I will never be back“

“Just had the most amazing experience from this Subway!! I got to the counter and was informed that they were out of bread. I was disappointed at first but thought of a loophole. I asked Shannon, the associate working behind the counter if I were to go into Walmart (which the Subway is inside of) and purchased hoagie rolls, if she could make the subs I wanted. She replied with 1 word...Absolutely. So off I went in search of hoagie rolls. I found what I needed, took them to Self-Checkout and purchased them. I made my way back to Subway and laid the rolls on the counter. Shannon took them and made 6 of the most delicious subs I have EVER tasted!!! She wrapped them up with care and took them to the register. Shannon rang the subs up and it came to $21 and some change. I was so elated that she had gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND that I left her a $20 tip for her extraordinary service. This is the type of service that gets repeat customers. Although I am not from the immediate area, I will never forget the kindness shown to me by Shannon, she is truly one-of-a-kind. Nicely Done!!!“

“Wendy’s has gone up for me recently and sadly down the food is awesome fresh and still good after a little while or so there getting rid of my favorite sauce tho sadly the ghost pepper dipping sauce anything spicy I love and their originals is good too. I go there at least twice a week“

“Well the hardest worker I think that is there that not many appreciate is Mikey he's the even manager and he will do everything he can to please a customer he's 1 that most of the people blame him for what they do and Mikey takes it so they don't get in trouble but for me real he's a pleasure to see t the window or counter helping customers and caring about them and actually paying attention to them with respect and care“

“I was beyond impressed at the amount of care that was taken for my order. I regularly use the mobile app to place my orders and most recently I mistakingly chose the wrong location. I reached out to the store that received my order and they worked diligently to make sure that I was taken care of. I then arrived at the Cedar Bluff location and was greeted by a very friendly staff that quickly resolved my issues. Each of the employees that I spoke with were delightful to talk to and genuinely cared about taking care of me. It was a pleasure to be served by such a friendly staff!“

“It's pizza hut. Nothing special or different about it than most places. It was prompt service and food was pretty good, not hot like usual but warm enough to eat when we got home. The food estimated pick up must have been too long. But all in all it was a decent experience“

“Good food. Services need an upgrade. Staff were not overly friendly and they got my order mixed up and gave to a drive thru customer & had to remake my order. I was on the clock so time was an issue so we basically had to gulp it down and run. Very aggrevating.“
