Excellent shrimp scampi and the garlic knots were delicious. Our server was very attentive
Party of 5. Great service and great food. I had the Philly Steak and Cheese, with fries.
First time ever in there. It was amazing! We will definitely be going back

Rosa's Italian Pizza & Restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including a loaded Steak and Cheese sub that is almost too much but delicious. The lasagna and bread are tasty, and the baked spaghetti with meatballs may not impress everyone. The restaurant is known for having the best pizza in Powhatan and has excellent delivery service with real, helpful staff. The atmosphere is cozy, and the friendly service adds to the overall dining experience. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing, with reports of decline in food quality and even a concerning incident involving hair in a wrap. Despite these issues, the restaurant continues to serve a variety of tasty dishes and maintains a reputation for good service. Customers appreciate the helpful staff and the convenience of delivery, though some suggest improvements like better parking and communication.
