Unlike the KFC/Taco Bell across the street, I have never had an issue at this Wendy's. Although this location is in need of a renovation, it seems the employees know what's going on and have their head on straight. I've been here at least 15 times and no issues. Whereas, across the street at Taco Bell, literally every time I run into some type of issue.
I swear they NEVER have potatoes anymore! I order thru my app for pickup. We get the bacon cheese potato, I pay for it through the app...when I get there they have no potatoes and offer bacon cheese fries. That is fine, however the potatoes that I ALREADY PAID FOR are $1.10 more. My family & I all ordered the #1 Dave's Double combo. All the combos were fresh & hot! Delicious! My only complaint would be the bottom of the bun was a little bit wet from where the meat wasnt fully drained but other than that, the flavor was great! This is definitely one of the better wendy locations that we have been too. We will be back!
