“The first time I tried this place, it ruined all mexican restaurants for me. I wont get Mexican food anywhere else. This is some real and authentic food for a great price! I take everyone i know here and ive never been let down. YOU GOT TO TRY IT, YOU WONT REGRET IT! 10/10“

“This was our second time using RVA Tacontigo's food truck for a team event and they did not disappoint. It is a fun lunch that everyone looks forward to. Everyone thoroughly enjoys the food and fun these guys bring. The guys are so kind, courteous, and welcoming. Hope to use them again in the future!“

“I was recommended Fine Foods by Fernando by my philosophy professor, Devin Bray at Brightpoint Community College down the street. I walked into his classroom and smelled something delicious, so I asked him what he was eating. He told me there was a wonderful and affordable taco truck right down the road! I was on a bit of a budget, so this seemed right up my alley. After two classes I was starving so my mother and I stopped by Fernando's truck. I tried gorditas for the very first time. I am a picky eater, but I was feeling adventurous so I decided to try something new. I did not regret it! The gorditas were amazing, and since I told (who I assume was) Fernando I had never tried them before, he threw my gordita in for free! I loved the two different salsas included with the meal. I was told to be careful with the spice, but I ended up eating my gordita with the red sauce anyway. It was awesome! I've never had such a good spicy sauce before. My mother got a burrito norteño, and ended up splitting it with me since it was so filling. All in all, I think my mother and I (since she picks me up from school) will be loyal customers of Fernando's in the following months of the school year.“

“Stopped in for a quick dinner. So many options it was hard to decide! I almost ordered wings but the flavor I wanted was only for boneless. So I went for the gyro (pita) with grilled shrimp and I don't regret it. Yummy!! Now one day when I am in the area again I will have to try their wings. My husband had a Philly and he enjoyed his meal as well. We both had fries leftover. The restaurant doesn't offer a lot of seating so a quick in and out or to-go would be good options. If I remember correctly there are 3 tables of 4 seats. The wait didn't feel very long. I'd recommend and hope to return.“
