Went in on a day where there was lines out the door and only one worker. Employee Darcy at the Radford store handled the massive amount of people professionally and as quickly as she could under that much pressure. Happy with the service and the very tasty ice cream
RMCF is inside the Cold Stone Creamery. They're a little pricey, but usually pretty good. I don't often drop in for just chocolate, but when I'm already there for ice cream, it's nice to look. Sometimes I buy something.
Went here when the place was insanely crowded. There was only one girl at the counter and she handled the chaos well. She went above and beyond the call of duty in the customer service industry. 10/10 employee. And the ice cream is great :)
