This morning, 11/25/2021, Thanksgiving @ about 7:50, I had taken my husband for dialysis in Radford & stopped at Hardee's drive thru on my way home to get food for my grandson. The young lady that waited on me had a "smile in her voice" from the moment she spoke. Such a pleasant & unexpected experience. Thank you Ashley (as my receipt identifies her), you brighten my day.

What don’t I recommend?? Everything & staff at This particular One, in Fairlawn has been going downhill for a long while I am surprised they’re still operating this one. Every time you come there is nobody in the parking lot they are not busy whatsoever. But yet your weight is 15 to 20 minutes long. Never an apology never anything to make up for the wait nothing, the staff are just rude. Its the only one close really wish things would change
