“We’ve been loyal customers for years and have always considered your ice cream the best around. However, we wanted to let you know about a disappointing experience we had today. The ice cream we ordered—white chocolate raspberry and peanut butter with chocolate sprinkles—had no flavor at all, which is so unlike what we’ve come to expect from Moothur. We’re not ones to complain, but we felt it was important to let you know. Has something changed with how the ice cream is being made?
