“Don’t get the razzle-dazzle large do to them putting in a small cup. Some time you may get the right size cup do to that you have two different prices one for small and one for large. Very up setting when you know what size cup you are supposed to get and know the difference. Especially when you go there all the time and you’re a regular customer and you spend over $30 or more in your ice cream products. Bad business to cheat your customers. There is know Excuse for this. I have been waiting days now to talk with the manager but they seem not will to talk about any problems you may have. That’s even so sad. I will not be going there no more .“

“Just visited this location for the first time on Sunday and it was amazing. The young lady that was working - alone shall I say - was so nice, let me taste the pumpkin ice and then proceeded to make a perfect gelati that tasted like heaven. Thank you Rita's!!!“

“This place is fantastic! All of the offerings are fresh made and have nice portions. I've had the ice cream and mangonadas on a few occasions which have been excellent. The customer service is also very friendly and polite. They take great care in what they do. I highly recommend coming here for a great treat and experience!!!😉👍“

“There's so many flavors and options to choose from! There's also other desserts and popcicles to choose from too. Place is bright and clean and even has a photo op area with wings. Tried the blackberry cheese in cup and mint chip which tastes like wintergreen mint. Yum!“

“Have been a fan of the Ashburn location for a while, and was excited to see them opening up down the street. I always thought that a chocolate malt was a pretty basic item, But tonight we were told that you do not offer them at this location? Seems wired.“

“I’m willing to bet that 5T Ice is one of those local gems that you might not be checking out enough. Don’t let the name fool you - this is place is FAR more than frozen yogurt, delicious bubble teas and coffees. I’ve been during the week and ALWAYS have to get the house special Banh Mi, but on weekends it’s basically like Christmas for your mouth. They have all of these homemade Vietnamese specialties and if you can’t decide, I strongly recommend the scorched-earth approach I used and just get everything you carry out of there.“
