I love this Ben & Jerry's location because the staff are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. They always give great recommendations and I never feel like I've gotten short changed in portions. An added plus is their baked goods are tasty and reasonably priced, especially compared to any of the other options in the Reston Town Center.
Such a great time! I’ve been twice and had the pleasure of being helped by Thelma both times. She is so personable and gave us amazing recommendations. If not for the ice cream, come for the service alone!
I had such a great experience with Wilma and Caden today (apologies if I spelled their names wrong!). They were incredibly kind and patient. I came in with my toddler, who kept asking for different flavors and changing her mind, and both of them handled it with so much sweetness and kindness. They were also really knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!
