Prior to my birthday dinner on 2/16/25, I had nothing but the greatest things to say about Cooper's Hawk. I've eaten there for lunch, dinner, and ordered take-out- always delicious. On 2/16, I arrived for a 5:30 reservation at 5:25. They wouldn't seat me, understandably, until more people in my party of five arrived. At 5:40, the host started walking us to our table.
