My wife and I went to Jackson’s recently and had a great experience. We got seated super quickly, and our server, Michael, was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had. He was quick, super friendly, and made us laugh throughout the night. You could tell he really cared about making sure we had a good time. We just wanted to put in a good word for him—Michael definitely deserves the recognition! We’ll be back for sure.
Great first visit. Very lively!
Girls night out is always a hit for my Mom friends at this spot. We love the drinks and the food, service is great as well. Super fun spot!
I have been here a couple of times but only drinks at the bar. This place has indoor and outdoor area for your preference. I like sitting outside, love the atmosphere there as always busy and their staff are friendly too
We just went to have a nice time, drink some beers and chat with friends
It is a nice and well located place

Great spot to grab some food and drinks. If you can score a table on the patio you can't go wrong. Service is always excellent.

Average Jackson. This chain/family of restaurants is hit or miss, and Jackson's is a miss for anything other than beer on the outside patio. The food is good, but nothing to get excited about. The cocktails were simply terrible. Started with a Sidecar, but it was so bad I had to send it back... haven't done that in years. Ordered their specialty margarita, and it was barely average. Decided to try an Old Fashion, an it came out in a glass full of ice with layers of color, just terrible. Stick with beer or wine only. The Artie's in Fairfax is much better of you want to try one of these establishments.

Good food and service! Loved the atmosphere as well. The sushi was actually quite tasty, as well as the Caesar Salad I ordered to accompany it. The rest of my group had steak and said it was prepared perfectly.

Loved it, charming staff, excellent food. Upscale retro with bar. They validate garage parking. The French Dip sandwich was excellent and the fries are great too

Really nice place with great bar
And atmosphere. Nice outside patio with lots of space and heaters for cooler night. Reasonable drink prices and while we didn’t dine, the food looked really good with large portions

Came here Monday night for dinner—has reservations and we’re seated at a booth. Service was great and food came out quick!
Food was delicious. For starters, the Lobster Bisque is amazing, flavorful and had lots of lobster meat. Highly recommend the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake ($38) and Slow Roasted French Dip Sandwich! Portions are generous too.
We parked on the street and paid for parking—but once inside the restaurant, I noticed they have validation for parking in the garages (not street parking), so heads up!
