This place is a mixed bag for breakfast. On Saturday morning market days, it's packed. The coffee options are good, but they were out of all teas. The biscuit and gravy tasted bland and the biscuit was very dry and almost inedible. The croque madame was very good though. The atmosphere on the patio is pleasant.
So far I have visited twice for drinks with friends. The first time I tried their iced chai latte with oat milk and it was refreshing and delicious! The second time, I went on a Friday and enjoyed a spritzer and some strawberry tea. There was also live music and the ambiance was perfect for a chill Friday evening! I can’t wait to try their food next time!
A group of is went to dinner tonight at Lake Anne Coffeehouse. We had a reservation for 6 pm and due to the possibility of inclement weather, the outdoor patio was closed and we were seated upstairs. The decor upstairs was cozy and beautiful.
