Ugh I keep trying to give this place a chance, because I love Lake Anne and the food here is quite good, but they still hire rude staff who clearly don’t value customers. I thought things had improved because when I tried brunch a few weeks ago, the waitress was kind and they had a dog menu! Excellent breakfast spot. The food was awesome. Every dish was tops. The service is a bit slow as they get so busy.
But the wait staff know the menu and are happy to suggest changes based on your preferences.
Eggs your way - means eggs your way. Every body got that they wanted.
The coffee is really good as well, at least the simple espresso stuff like cortados.

My husband and I really want to like this place but every time we have gone there had been a particularly rude staff member. We have gone multiple times and have had issues with the same staff member being rude so unfortunately we will not be going back. The food is good and the atmosphere is nice but they do not outweigh the rudeness of this one guy,
