The 3rd party delivery company had misplaced the order that I had done through the app but the Manager and his team stepped up and made things right immediately. Thank you all for putting the customer first.
I am writing this review because I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. I have visited this restaurant before, but this time, there was a major issue with our meal. We ordered vegetarian dishes, but the beans served with our meal contained pork. Thankfully, a staff member realized it and pointed it out, but it was very concerning that we were served a non-vegetarian dish when we specifically ordered vegetarian. Uncle Julio's is one of my favorite restaurants to dining very friendly people specifically Emanuel, Jorge , Audis and Jennifer and of course i can't miss Elisa one of the store manager they are the ones who rocked the place they are great servers and friendly staff I highly recommend it
