I haven't even eaten my sub yet but the tubs that the vegetables were in had frost all over the side. Barely took care in placing the chicken on the sandwich. The bar that they make the subs on looked disgusting. Extremely hesitant to eat this sub.
Stood in front of a service person for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. We finally walked out and went to Burger King. What a the terrible example of customer service.
Sharon and the team delivered a wonderful guest experience. Food was awesome. Store looks great. I understand it has been remodeled.
