Food wasn't good they ended up giving me the wrong sandwich which had mushrooms, I'm allergic to mushrooms the only good thing they did was take the sandwich off my tab my friend forgot her Id but had a legit picture and they refused to take the picture of her Id when every other place around has taken the picture. They also didn't check on us once throughout the whole experience. Would highly recommend not going here.

The vegan chicken and waffles here is a unique and memorable dish, made of Korean ingredients.

Been a while since i visited 821 Cafe & today I decided to come in for lunch.I was immediately greeted and quickly placed my to go order. She made my drink right on the spot and the food was ready within minutes.I decided to get a Greek salad as I usually am here for the breakfast! They did not disappoint and the size was great for the price. I got the small portion(pictured below). It's very fulfilling, smells and tastes fresh!

Portions were large and the price was cheap! Ordered the Big Breakfast ($11) and Big Meaty ($15 w/ 2 eggs) for take-out, food was ready in 30min. Super busy on Sunday morning, and there isn't much seating inside. Cool art on the walls. This place draws a young, hip crowd. Definitely recommend!

We had the brie and bacon omelette with a biscuit -amazing. We also tried the cannoli stuffed french toast -which was great. The atmosphere is where this place is lacking when compared to other places. Worth a visit!

821 on a Saturday morning is home. Always feel so welcomed here and always get the best service. Our server Jenn did an excellent job, was very kind, and made our experience even better. Must stop in here if you are ever in Richmond, it’s a staple for a reason <3

It's small, but worth every minute you have to wait. The food is delicious and plentiful. And the drinks... get one of the mimosas, you won't be disappointed!

Brie stuffed French toast and chocolate chip pancakes were good. Service was excellent. Not a fan of the music selection playing or the decor.
