Really disappointed my the quality of service. Our experience was a little mediocre. We made reservations and they just didn't have anything set up for us and had to scramble to set up our table. The server was nice but not attentive. The food took over an hour to show up but thankfully it tasted good. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food was actually pretty good and cute since it was Christmas themed. However when we payed the server ran our cards...
Overall, charming holiday theme. Staff very kind. Not sure if it was an off day, but it took over an hour to get our food, at least 20 minutes for beverages (it was not packed by any means). Our entrees were luke warm, though the food was very good, I felt we couldn’t appreciate it fully. Bathrooms also need attention.
According to the Manager (Manager of the the Hilton Hotels “Kabana Rooftop”) the original Belle closed for business and they were temporarily operating the place until a new owner or business takes the space. Regardless! They had the restaurant all decked out for the holiday season and the entire staff went out of their way to be super hospitable. There was a limited but special menu and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the Duck Brest.
