I bought some Dark as Dark from the grocery store! My wife likes dark roast! She usually uses a creamer. I drink mine black! This has to be the smoothest dark roast I have ever tried! I usually end up with a bitter aftertaste with the dark roasts I have tried so far. Not with this. We bought a grinder thinking that may be the problem but even with fresh beans lots of dark roasts still give that bitter aftertaste. This is tasty all the way through! I’m away with the military and I always enjoy brewing a pot of coffee every morning. And there is no other coffee to drink. Blanchard’s is phenomenal. I got some new flavors to try and I can’t wait. The shipping was super quick as well. Thanks for making my time away from home a little bit better.
