Our server tab and the manager Gabriella went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing dining experience. Everything was so good and quick. 10/10 we’ll be back. The chocolate tart dessert was probably the best dessert I’ve had in richmond.

Held our rehearsal dinner here, Fabiana and her team were truly amazing in making everything perfect for us. The service and the food is amazing, the drinks are even better! Such a great atmosphere to either have a drink at and enjoy happy hour, or enjoy such a great meal. Will be stopping in here every time we are back in Richmond, its truly a gem!

Management: please train your servers more thoroughly before putting them on the floor.

We visited for my fiancé’s birthday excited to try Botanya, and ran into multiple issues. We were initially told we could order from the happy hour menu that was handed to us when we sat down, then told us we couldn’t after placing the order. The prosciutto potato croquettes had zero prosciutto; when we asked if the kitchen may have forgotten to add it, we got no real...
