“I've only ever met 1 rude worker here. The heavy set guy that has his nails done. I specifically ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter's kids meal. When I got to the window the guy handed me the food and walked off quickly, I checked the bag to make sure everything was correct and saw that it had regular milk in it. I tooted my horn a couple times because he kept walking past the window while looking at me. when he finally came back to the window he look annoyed and I asked about the chocolate milk. he replied (with an attitude) that they didn't carry chocolate milk. I stated When I ordered, that wasn't communicated to me. he just gave me a stank look. It was truly uncalled for.“
“I stopped here every morning on my way to work. Ordering from the mobile app makes my life so much easier. And to top it all off the drive-through cashier knows just by seeing my name that I don't want ice in my Dr pepper. They are so friendly and always in a good mood. Great way to start my day.“
“This location is about nine hundred feet north from the border between Chesterfield County and Richmond city, and it suffers from Richmond's steep restaurant tax as a consequence.Food and service was acceptable and typical of a BK. Restaurant appeared clean.“
“Food has always been good with NO issues on any of my orders (both my dining in and drive through experiences). Plesant, trained, and properly uniformed staff behind the counter with every visit. *THIS IS A BUSY LOCATION* It's also close and convenient when i have a taste for BK. Satisfied, and I do recommend this Burger 🍔 King🤴, located at Broad and Glenside, On The West End Of Richmond/ Henrico. “What are the hamburger couldn't sleep it was only like 10:30 in the morning nobody quit selling breakfast when you wanted to anyway Burger King was there haven't been there in a long long time so I got there and I got me some something and it was really good they do have the best burgers seriously though the way they cook their burgers taste like a grilled Burger got to admit that“
“I hope this is the one on Belt Blvd. Food was good. I did go in and ask for fresh hash browns and the person cooking said those had just come up but they were not the temperature I wanted them to be. I don't understand why when you say you want fresh food they just don't give it to you. You are the one who is paying them. Just get on my nerves“
“The service was very quick, food was hot. When we were there, no one else was there, but before we left people were coming in. The floor was very sticky and the ladies room toilet was backup up. I had to tell the cashier about it. Before we left the toilet was ok. No tissue, though“
“The most friendly fast food restaurant I have ever been to...ever. every time I go (albeit rarely bc I don't eat fast food), they are super nice and order is always perfect. In a basic burger comparison with mcds across the street, bk won.“
“I have visited many Burger Kings over the years being that it’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Honestly I must say never have I come across a young person with so much patient. She is so respectful and always kind and caring. You can here the kindness in her voice when place your order in the drive thru. I wish that I could say that I have experienced the same service at other franchises. I want to thank you for employing such a kind spirit. This young lady goes by the name of Asherie. “Waited a bit in drive thru. Very pleasant employee taking the order. Got it all right! Not happy with how expensive the food was. Rather go to a sit-down restaurant and pay a few dollars more. Fast food isn't what it was a few years ago. It was still yummy, but will limit my visits unless I have a coupon or discount.“
“So I can't speak to the atmosphere inside because I always use the drive through But it is well landscaped and always kept clean. The staff are friendly and super efficient. Obviously, when it's busy, things aren't as fast but these guys stay on top of it and um, and a lo always give you good service.“
