Customer service is garbage... The manager this evening customer service was dismissive and unprofessional... we had to wait for a mistake THEY made and no one apologized. The rest of food was cold by time I received the rest of my order. We had to get out and go in because it had been 30 mins since we placed the order originally. Terrible! Customer service was ok, food was NOT good! Fries were cold, my whooper was not good at all, old meat maybe, even the lettuce and tomatoes were bad! And the extra they charge for a half slice of cheese doesn’t make since! Never will receive mine or my co workers my business again!
