I love this little shop for its lattes, free coffee Mondays, activism, friendly Capital One rep, and atmosphere. The minus is I swung in for a latte and was starving. Ordered a bagel, egg, and cheese sandwich and the egg was cold. I sent it back, they made me another. The bagel was so tough, I couldn't even eat it. Maybe it was really stale? I just ate the insides and threw the rest out. So, skip the food- and don't forget to tip on free coffee Mondays (ends soon anyway).

Was surprisingly very good! I never imagined a bank cafe and I dig it. Im proud to be a capital one member even more now.

The workers were extremely kind and helpful. The drinks were delicious.
Recommend their selection of Matcha Lattes. They have a wonderful dark green colour which is how they should look always.

The beverages taste like a mall kiosk, food selection and quantity is very limited and isn’t available at all hours. The employees contribute to the mall kiosk vibe. Some of the baristas are fine, but the rest along with the employees standing in a cluster by the stairs really seem irritated anyone is there interrupting their social time.
