The beverages taste like a mall kiosk, food selection and quantity is very limited and isn’t available at all hours. The employees contribute to the mall kiosk vibe. Some of the baristas are fine, but the rest along with the employees standing in a cluster by the stairs really seem irritated anyone is there interrupting their social time. Great place to visit if you need to do some work. When I'm in the area and I need to get work done, this is my go to spot. The food is good and space is very accommodating for working. Much quieter than a Starbucks.
I had the best experience as a Capital One card employee and customer myself, as well as as my teen Niece becoming a new customer with a money team checking account with a debit card. We went today and I was able to introduce her to the Cafe and Ambassador (Franco) was AWESOME. He was very kind, approachable, friendly, and informative w/ what the cafe has to offer its customers. He provided my niece with a swag bag and Capital One friendship bracelet and escorted us to the coffee...
