Absolutely amazing experience at the CAVA Willow Lawn location! The customer service here really stands out. General Manager Alex has clearly created a welcoming, positive environment, and the entire team made my visit exceptional.

A special shoutout to Harley, Aquanda, and Iyanna! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing great service.

Stopped by today to try CAVA and it was amazing. Kayvon, who is super duper awesome made it ten times better with his customer service. He was extremely patient especially with it being my first time, so I will definitely be back because of him, and the food!!! Thank you 😊

This place has the nicest and most competent staff of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been. Proportions are always sizable, staff always has a smile, a kind and helpful attitude and the atmosphere is clean and friendly. I will never go to chipotle again as long as this Cava stays open. The staff should all get raises because I’ve never had a negative interaction there.
