Had little mixup with my order. I called and spoke with Erica and Alex and they both immediately jumped into action to get my order straight. I went back to the restaurant, and Alex took great care of me and even upgraded my bowl for me the food was excellent!!! Thank you!!!
Cava food speaks for itself. I love to mix it up, order it anyway you like. Willow Lawn location and the Hugenot location. The one on Ironbridge, no. I will drive out of my way to get to the others.
I have to say since my last visits on the Ironbridge location has significantly improved. Better staff for sure.

Absolutely amazing experience at the CAVA Willow Lawn location! The customer service here really stands out. General Manager Alex has clearly created a welcoming, positive environment, and the entire team made my visit exceptional.
A special shoutout to Harley, Aquanda, and Iyanna! Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing great service.
