The half pound grass-fed burgers are outstanding. You may have it cooked to your liking with a choice of three buns or lettuce wrap. My friend got the brioche roll recommended by our server. I got the multigrain locally made bun. We shared some onion rings which were among the best I’ve ever eaten. Adam, our server, should receive a standing ovation. He got this finicky eater’s order just right. He checked on us a number of times but was never intrusive nor did he interrupt our conversations. When it looked like we were going to linger and talk long after the food was gone, he refilled our drinks without our having to ask. Bonus for this eatery is its location in Carytown.

Pretty good burger place in my opinion. The beef patties have a different texture and better taste (organic, grassfed) and the menu is full of options. Good variety of beers and cocktails. The fries-to-share come in a portion the size of a large fish bowl (for me, unheard of outside USA) and are delicious too. Bonus points go to the staff who, in contrast to other reviews here, were very helpful and friendly to us.

Burgers are yum. Fried pickle spears are tasty. I LOVE the chicken caesar salad. Chicken breasts are brined in pickle juice and are outstanding! Service was a bit lacking.

A great burger place for all occasions. My fiance and I really enjoyed this place. Food was terrific, atmosphere was excellent. I'd highly recommend it. Beer battered onion rings with a bit of a kick, awesome hand made burgers and fries, what more could you ask for?

This place came highly recommended and I don’t know why. The food isn’t very tasty and the staff is rude! The waitress she was the worst I’ve ever encountered. That says a lot since I’ve been to 38 states and have eaten in many places. We couldn’t get refills, ranch for our salad or much of anything. In the middle of asking for what we wanted she would just walk away. I left feedback with Managment and all they did was make Excuses and had no intention to fix or make anything right. Not much they could do but maybe apologize . They did take our appetizer off the bill but we didn’t ask them to we were more than willing to pay for it. My husband made a mistake and ordered the wrong burger. He knew It was his mistake and would of gladly paid for another burger if given the chance. Instead The waitress tried to just ignore us. I actually switched burgers with my husband and couldn’t even eat it cause it was awful in taste and a little spicy definitely over cooked. The manager said we asked for well done but we asked for a little pink. Either way well done doesn’t mean over done. The manager said the spicy was the special cheese they put on the southwest burger with pride and they are very proud of their organic meat. There is a name for the cheese I just know what it’s called. Funny thing is it tasted like mustard with a spice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I wish I would Of checked on Yelp to see their bad reviews before I went to eat here.

Stopped in after an afternoon movie at the Bryd Theater (right across the street). Got in just in time before the place got slammed. Very good tasting burgers, possibly my favorite in the Richmond area. The tables are pretty packed on top of each other, so if you're looking for a quite, private dinner this probably isn't your spot. Service was good and pretty quick for how busy it was. Outdoor seating for when the weather is nice.
