I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. The owner personally greeted me with a warm welcome, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and pride in both food and service. “I really liked the food there. I used to like in nyc and there is a place called ktown there and I used to go to a bbq chicken branch there so I’m feeling nostalgic about the food too. The hot and spicy chicken is definitely a 10/10 and better than any other bbq I’ve been to. It’s even better that there’s a boba place next to it to pair it up. Boba and chicken is always amazing!!!“

“We came in twice today to try the new chicken sandwiches. Both times we were helped in the drive through by Joseph. And he remembered us. That means a lot. I know working in costumer service you see a lot of faces so for him to remember was something that made our night. On top of that they had amazing costumer service. They were fast, and worked amazingly from what we saw. They were extremely nice aswell. The workers were getting along and all together was making the Chick-fil-A a great atmosphere. You could see everyone’s happiness to be working. I would recommend coming to the whiteoak location all the time and the new chicken pepper peminto sandwich ☺️“

“After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“

“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

Not everyone has a data plan, so they should install a Wi-Fi repeater at least to cover the curbside parking spots. When I try to confirm that I've arrived and relayed my parking spot, not only does the order not get sent, it logs you out of the app completely (so you're really out of luck of you don't remember your password). To avoid this, you need to go inside to use their Wi-Fi, and that defeats the whole point of curbside!“

“Everything is always great, staff is also great, except our last experience with Gauge. Not only did he rush our order processing, he ignored our free sandwich reward, and told us we asked for sauces when we did not. It’s not a huge deal, but this wasn’t our first time having an issue with this person. Everything else is great though!!“

“This Chick-FiL-A is always properly staffed! This order was like all the rest: ACCURATE! (We order from here with an embarrasing frequency, which increases the odds for errors!) I was concerned when they changed manager/operators, however the renovation and complete redesign of the drivethrough have improved both the anxiety of navigating the prior chicane drivethrough, and the inability sometimes to exit the north exit due to drivethrough high-traffic times, as well as the ability to navigate the parking lot on foot. Finally, the recent addition of the mobile order lane is a GAME CHANGER! No more waiting behind people who are attempting to order for 7, with specific modifications to half of the items, and paying with multiple payment methods! (We order for 4, so the app makes it EASY!) Now I zip in and there're rarely more than 2 cars ahead of us, and BAM! We have food before the people who'd ordered through a Chick-Fil-A employee minutes before we arrived. I thought Jonathan managed this place well. The new manager operator Blake is KILLING IT!“

“Came here today. The food was actually great I really enjoyed it. The only down side to this is the hidden 18% gratuity. I was going to give them 20% until I spotted this. This is very sneaky and even me being from NYC have never seen this before. All in all though not a bad chicken joint.“

“We do not have a Kentucky fried Chicken near where I live. This was not only a treat, but it was the best location I have been to. Usually, when I get the original recipe style, it comes out with a soft, greasy crust. THIS Ky Fry was on point! The chicken was moist and juicy, and the original recipe crust was still original, but not greasy at all! That, and the ladies that were there today on March 20th were incredibly welcoming, and fun to talk with. I am sorry I did not get their names, but I give them a shout out for a delicious lunch. Y'all need to send them down to Panama City Beach Florida and have them open up a branch there. We need y'all! I would very highly recommend this restaurant. It is very well managed.“
