usually everyone is super nice but today someone told me after 5 min of standing in line on my lunch break that they’re not doing kids meals because they don’t have the container when they have done it for me several times.

Not sure why this location is 2.5 stars?… First time here. I mean, I guess I was sort of disappointed that they were out of both Sour Cream and the Cilantro Lime sauce. But, that happens with any establishment. The Chicken Al Pastor bowl that I ordered in-person tasted as expected and the portions were normal too. The inside didn’t look disgusting like the other reviews mentioned and the service was good/normal too…
Everyone already knows that you’re playing yourself...

Food is not bad but just like what other people say, the service is bad. The employees show you that they don't like what they are doing and looked like they all wanted to go home.
