Came to this chipotle after my son’s basketball tournament. It was pretty chill and not crowded. One of boys only eat the sofritas and unfortunately when we came it looked dry and not that appealing for the bit left. Asked the lady how long would it be before they have a fresh batch and she said no time soon, it takes 15mins. Told her we were willing to wait. Ordered two bowls through the app and most ingredients were switched between the bowls or missing. The labeling was right even though the contents were wrong. However, food was tasty, just not what was ordered.

Alright, this used to be my go to Chipotle. There are others closer to me, but I always thought this one was so much better and worth the drive. I’ve noticed a major decrease over the past few months in the service and cleanliness of this chipotle. I usually go 7-7:30pm and the tables are filthy, trash is overflowing and the drink station is a disaster. The customer service is really lacking as well.
