Ordered two bowls through the app and most ingredients were switched between the bowls or missing. The labeling was right even though the contents were wrong. However, food was tasty, just not what was ordered.

Alright, this used to be my go to Chipotle. There are others closer to me, but I always thought this one was so much better and worth the drive. I’ve noticed a major decrease over the past few months in the service and cleanliness of this chipotle. I usually go 7-7:30pm and the tables are filthy, trash is overflowing and the drink station is a disaster. The customer service is really lacking as well. There’s one gentlemen who seems to be “in charge” who has a terrible...

Why must chipotle assault everyone with cilantro?

The ingredients are tasty and fresh so I keep going back every year or so, but as a person who doesn’t love cilantro, there are only a few ingredients I can actually add to my bowl that don’t taste like stink bug.
