One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called to ask for a simple pizza customization, and the person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I called back, they ignored my call or just left it hanging — no response at all. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’ll never order from here again. Save your time and money — this place doesn’t care about its customers at all.

By far the closest to a Brooklyn style pizza. I am from east flatbush and I haven't found a NY style pizza in VA..... This place comes really close.... Great pizza, but Brooklyn style pizza is the GOAT

That Chicken Parm Pizza alone is worth five stars. The ranch is top notch. Seems like a cool place with good vibes
They are in the VCU community and have limited space but a great selection of pizzas. If you want good LARGE pizza they have a Large Piazza!! My cousin could not believe they quality and size.. They purchased yesterday

Don’t eat from here they say they close at 3am but that’s a lie stood outside for 30 minutes where a woman put me on hold and never came back to the phone and while I was waiting outside there are mice crawling all over the floor and you would think they would be nice since the fact that this place has violations upon violation codes but no woman was oblivious and acted like they did not see me at the door trying to get in like I am a 6’2 black man in a big jacket and I ask her the address and we both agreed that I was at the right address but nobody would come answer the door this place is beyond unprofessional I was willing to give a tip until this night never coming here again
