I just waited for over 40 minutes for my food. They said it was supposed to be ready at 6:07. I didn't have the food in hand until 6:50. They hadn't even started making my food when I got there!!!!

I've called and tried to order a pizza 3 minutes ago. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone did not speak English. I asked for a manager or another staff member. He just walked away from the phone. I'm lost for words. America is truly hit rock bottom things to Biden.

Some friends just moved to Richmond, so I wanted to show them Christian’s. Unfortunately, they forgot to add the cheese to my pizza. Honestly, I can’t imagine how it made it into the box without someone noticing. We called twice and no one was able to help replace the pizza or give a refund, so we we’re stuck with a soggy, cheese-less pie. I hadn’t been in a while, but I guess I shouldn’t have come back when there are so many other options that are more reliable and taste better.

Went there to grab some lunch today. Was completely ignored by the staff and had to ask them if I could order while they chatted and were on their cellphones in the "dough making area". They saw myself and coworker and couldn't give a crap about taking our orders. This happened to both of us. Me first when ordering and coworker used bathroom and then completely ignored my coworker after ignoring me. I thought the idea was to sell the pizza and not just have 3 people rolling dough and not giving a F but that may just be me.

A good late night snack location, especially for those who are students in the nearby university, VCU. The crowd gets really loud and messy as the post midnight hours start — with a decent amount of intoxicated college students and their friends. The food tastes good but is slightly overpriced in my opinion.
