Island Shrimp Co. at Rocketts Landing offers a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The shrimp and grits are a hit, along with perfectly seasoned fries. While the Old Bay wings were a bit salty, the hot chicken sandwich could've used cheese. The Hawaiian-inspired shrimp tacos with pineapple were delicious. The staff, especially Mitchie, were helpful and accommodating with substitutions. For a fun time, happy hour at the bar is recommended for beachy themed cocktails and tasty coconut shrimp appetizers.
