“Kuba Kuba is a staple in Richmond. Those who know it love it, and know the rules. Be prepared to wait to eat in this tiny restaurant. What the servers lack in small talk the more than make up in efficiency. Know what you want to order in advance and you'll get what you want. Hem and haw, and you're not likely to get the same attention as another table. The restaurant is small, they're working to turn those tables over so the servers and the restaurant can make their money. Follow the rules and you'll get a great meal. Only one complaint, sometimes you leave smelling like Kuba Kuba since the kitchen is up front.“
