I go to Dunkin’s 2 to 3 times a day and have been doing this routine everyday for the past 3 years, I usually go to the VCU or the STAPLES MILL location, the employees are wonderful and I’ve been going to them so long that they know my drink and fix it perfectly, but recently I started going to the location on 9mile Rd. Severe delivery delay, due to unsafe and understaffed work environment. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. will also be emailing corporate!!
I eat at Dunkin almost everyday and this location is the worse one in the Richmond area. The food quality is just not up to par with other locations. Don’t think I’ll be back here.
