I messed up my order and was too nervous to say anything and they corrected it so kindly for me! Am I stressed out everytime i come in? Yes. But are the employees so nice and helpful? Also yes. Anxious people order online.

I was visiting some relatives in Richmond VA and found Einstein bagel shop in the Libbie shopping center Off of Broad Street. The restaurant was super clean and the employees were super nice and attentive. The bagels were fresh and soft!! I highly recommend it.

So. many. things. wrong. One time I ordered and told the person I wanted the bagels sliced. She didn't type it in so it wasn't on the screen. I told her again. She's says okay. Then she starts putting the bagels in the bags without slicing them so I tell her a third time. Again she said, okay. She then hands the bags to someone that I assume will be slicing them. Nope. Got home with six unsliced bagels. Next up, some of them will just mix all the bagels in one bag....
