This was my first time visiting an Einstein Bros. Bagel location, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The store itself appeared tired and in need of upkeep. The hard surfaces, including the signage and windows, would greatly benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. The overall presentation of the shop didn't feel inviting or well-maintained.

We stopped by to grab a bagel at 9:45 on a Saturday morning - we don’t often do this so we were looking forward to a special treat

The good:
• My everything bagel was delicious
• The cream cheeses were tasty
• The coffee was good

The bad:
• The toaster will warm the bagel but not toast it
• I ordered extra cream cheese but did not get it
• The jalapeño cheddar bagel was not...

The customer service was okay. Three people working, two customers in line. They were so worried about mobile orders that we had to stand there and wait for them to serve. Policies regarding $9 bagel Monday changed, but they struggled to articulate the "new" composure policy regarding how to now be eligible for $9 bagel Monday.
