everything else was OK besides the waiter forgetting to place one person's order and then the person having to wait after everybody else had already ate to wait for their order and they didn't end up compensating it but I still had to send it back because the steak wasn't cooked to the right temperature
Firebirds at Belvedere was absolutely delightful! Our nonprofit, Young Widows or Widowers (YWOW), recently hosted a large celebration for our July birthday members, and Firebirds exceeded our expectations. They did a wonderful job accommodating our group's need for separate checks, which made the evening run smoothly for everyone. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, the beverages were excellent, and the ambiance created the perfect setting for our celebration....
New to the area and tried Firebirds for the first time and boy those Philly Steak cheese eggs rolls are a bomb 10 out of 10. My server was outstanding made sure everything was up to par even after I received my food, you don’t get outstanding service everywhere. Thank you firebird and Makhia for the great experience! I will definitely be returning!
