Came with on Valentine's Day with the family. We brought our two little kids, understanding it wasn't necessarily an environment for that age, and they treated us very well (fortunately the kiddos were on their best behavior, and no screens!). I was very pleased with our meals (lamb bolognese and chicken parm) and cocktails (italian old-fashioned).
As someone who was brought up italian, this was as good as it gets. The lamb ragu with homade tagliatelle was as good as I've ever had. The wife had the rigatoni rage which was also fantastic. In true Italian tradition both servings were more than we could finish. And to end the meal, the best tiramisu ever. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was noisy and cramped but who cares with food this good
3 stars for the incredible food! Service was mid at best. Waited an hour and a half for an appetizer because it got “messed up,” we ordered the mozzarella di buffala so wasn’t exactly sure what went wrong. Main dishes , cocktails, & dessert were great. Server handed us a single check without asking if we wanted separate checks (we did). We couldn’t find our server to flag him down to get it fixed (no worries, it was busy), but the hostess kindly asked us to wrap it...
