I went in today for the chicken salad sub in a tub, which was excellent! It was lunchtime busy for sure and the staff handled it so well. They were calm with customers that weren’t so much, I was really impressed!
I really like Jersey Mike's and was warned to place my order early to avoid lines. I placed an order online via Door Dash at 10:43AM for pickup between 11:40 -11:50 window. Payment was issued and I received confirmation email and text. I arrived at 11:45 to pick up and was told my order would not be ready until 12:28 (approx. 1 hour after it was recieved). I came in to get a Giant #9 and Matthew served me. Super professional guy, very nice and customer friendly, awesome craftsman lol. Sandwich was delicious and I will be going back to him for another.
