I ordered a big Kahana chicken cheesecake which was delicious! The food can be good and flavorful but that is contingent upon who is in the kitchen that day or preparing the sub. Overall, subs have a decent amount of meat for the price you pay. Staff is always friendly and nice.

I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in a long time and I'm glad we stopped by. The sandwich. Maker was very enthusiastic and you could really tell that he actually enjoyed his job. Had some good recommendations too.

If you're out of ice, the "no ice, sorry" sign belongs at the register, not (only) at the fountain. I don't appreciate being tricked into paying for something I won't enjoy. Next time I'm asking for a refund on the whole order.

Jersey Mike's makes a decent sandwich. They slice the meat and cheeses for sandwiches as ordered so it has a fresher taste. I believe this puts them at a level above Subway's. The restaurant was bright and clean with a good amount of tables to dine in if desired. It's a 3 tier process where the first person takes your order, slices the meats and cheeses on the bread of your choice. They hand it off to a person who completes the sandwich with topics and condiments, then wrapping in paper. Finally there's a person at the register accepting payment. The process and service was efficient, fast and friendly. You can order ahead via their website or app and there's plenty of parking within the strip mall parking lot.One note to make is that it seems that they only have 1 slicer, so different meats and cheeses are all cut with the same machine. Maybe there's additional slicers in the back kitchen area but I'm not sure.

On Forest Ave. I'm very disappointed. Ordered a tuna fish sub and the sub came without any tuna fish. Just veggies and condiments. Also sloppily put together as well. I called and of course no one made a tuna fish sub for DoorDash pick up. Wawa it is.
