I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in a long time and I'm glad we stopped by. The sandwich. Maker was very enthusiastic and you could really tell that he actually enjoyed his job. Had some good recommendations too.
Jersey Mike's makes a decent sandwich. They slice the meat and cheeses for sandwiches as ordered so it has a fresher taste. I believe this puts them at a level above Subway's. The restaurant was bright and clean with a good amount of tables to dine in if desired. It's a 3 tier process where the first person takes your order, slices the meats and cheeses on the bread of your choice. I ordered a big Kahana chicken cheesecake which was delicious! The food can be good and flavorful but that is contingent upon who is in the kitchen that day or preparing the sub. Overall, subs have a decent amount of meat for the price you pay. Staff is always friendly and nice.
