Eric was the only server in the building at the time (3:00pm) the the dining area looked very clean. Eric was very professional but friendly at the same time which made his customer service skills way much better. Even though he was the only worker (&planned on being the only worker until closing) he kept a positive attitude & did not let that distract the task at hand. It's impossible to get a hold of the staff. Seems kike they need more help. Once my food is delivered it's too notch & perfect to my specifications. The staff is friendly & accommodating once my phone call is answered. I just wish that they were easier to get ahold of.

I went to Jimmy John's today and there was only one employee working. His name is Stephen/Steven hope I spelled it correctly. Anyways he deserves a raise helped all patrons was very humble and great work attitude. Greeted customers and washed his hands in between orders while also taking orders at the register. Jimmy John's ownership needs to know about his example and it should not be ignored. Very pleased dispute his circumstances. Shout out to You Stephen/Steven class...
