We waited for ever for someone to come over to the table to even take our drink order. Other's pass and wouldn't speak nor make eye contact. Overall our server was extremely pleasant!

They sent me the wrong wings...they had no flats and never told me until we got the food. Did apologize but never even offer a discount or free wings since I had to wait for the right kind. I know places does this but they take the food back and throw it away. I didn't like that kind of wings but it seems petty. Second time this has happened to me...might not come back anymore.

Now this right here.. coming from someone that definitely can do a thing or two in the kitchen i have to say they have probably some of the best steak i've ever eaten the drinks the sides and everything else was on point.. our server Grace, did not skip a beat and made sure me and my guest were satisfied in Every way no messed up orders friendly service and all around dope vibes. I will definitely be popping in at Kickback Jacks's whenever i come through Virginia fasho.
