I went to your new outlet in Fishersville for lunch the other day. You have a problem. The two tacos were very good, quite tasty; the rice was very bland, as was the red sauce for the chips. The service was excellent, no doubt because I was the only customer. The problem was $15 for these, a tip and iced tea. That will not be sustainable over the long haul.
I suggest you come up with a lunch menu that reflects the neighborhood. Your location is a half-mile from a huge low-rent apartment development and this town is basically low to middle income.
Concomitantly, the older Mexican place down the road has much better food and lower prices and is packed at lunch time. You will not lure their customers away any time soon. They offer a taco, enchilada and rice or beans for about six bucks at lunch.
