Has there been a change in management at this location? Because this one used to be TOP NOTCH. Two visits ago, I got home to find that the Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese I had ordered and paid for was not in the bag at all. I tried calling the store number and there was no answer. On my last visit 6/21, I received all my items, pulling out of the store, and pulled out my sandwich to eat and found the burger patties and cheese were obviously old. I don’t usually ever write reviews, but this past Thursday evening January 9th, I went to this McDonald’s right after 5pm. I got there JUST before the rush, but had a big order and it wasn’t all there. The young man at the second window was SO kind and just kept smiling and trying to get it right, when everyone else working was rushing around. I don’t recall his name but his kindness made my day!!
