I just finished the most delicious lunch!!! One of our vendors catered lunch for us through Merig. The presentation was beautiful and fancy!The food was lick your fingers delicious! We had grilled chicken that was really juice and had a basil lime sauce on the side, a spring green salad with apples, nuts & berries, wonderful artisan type bread / rolls, a tomato / basil & cheese strata and a tray of grilled veggies...OMG everything had so much flavor.
