Soup was watered down and I couldn’t even eat it. Grilled cheese was burnt. The cashier Kimberly was extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience and will never go back to this location or any other.

This visit wasn't good. Soup was cold and typically good bacon turkey bravo was missing something. HVAC was on extra cold w no way to escape a direct blast.

I've been waiting 30 minutes on my order. I'm sitting near the window. I have no drink because of their insane system of holding drinks hostage until your order is ready. My order is in the window. It has been for 20 minutes. It's now cold. It is mis-ticketed. I refuse to expo my own order. The manager is too incompetent to ask the person sitting in from of the window for 20 minutes what my order is. Is is 0910 on 01MAR24.Update- the expo ticket with the order wasn't even for food. When I finally brought this to the managers attention (a hazelnut coffee is not a sandwich and bagel) he said yes and walked off. Finally the second manager heard my complaint and remade the order. What a failure of a team during a decidedly medium busy timeThis place is failing from incompetence and mismanagement

What Panera advertises vs what you get. Paid 13 dollars for garbage. First and last

This place is absolutely disgusting! The fountain drink machine is molded, there was a wash rag where the bread display is, and the floors didn't look like they were cleaned in days. We got our $72 refunded.

Since moving to my Company's office in this area I've gone to this Panera location a few times. Today's lunch rush had an emphasis on the word rush. A lot of people wanting to pick up or eat there all at the same time. The employees making the orders were working through the orders as fast as humanely possible. My order ended up getting bumped out of the que at some pint but as soon as I touched base with them they got right on it.

Was instructed that it would take 5 to 10 minutes for my drive thru order. 5 to 10 minutes to ladle two soups!?!? Will choose elsewhere next visit.

You wait forever for service at the counter. A skeleton staff is not attentive to customers. The sandwich was passable. Hey, better than most hospital food? I ordered—and paid for—medium coffee. When only a few dribbles came out of the taps and I alerted staff, some dull-eyed kid in an apron says he thinks they quit brewing after breakfast. Yes, I replied, but you didn’t quit taking my money for coffee after breakfast. Nobody grabbed the empty urn until another customer complained and it apparently reached the store manager. This store needs a serious message about intentional customer service.

When I ordered, I requested NO plastic utensils or napkins in my to-go order. I picked it up at the carry-out counter, and looked in the bag. Utensils and napkins were in there. I asked the woman if she would take the utensils out of the bag, as I hadn't touched them. She said she couldn't, because the bag had gone over the counter. So much for trying to reduce plastic waste, and save Panera some money. Please ask your employees to pay attention to customer requests.
