Came in with a small group again today; mostly because of the service we got last time. A gentleman named Chris took our order, checked on us twice while we were at the table, & I think I even saw him helping out in the kitchen! Employees here are very kind. The food was delicious as always. This is my go-to for business meetings. Very clean and speedy service.
I have placed several Panera catering orders before at other locations, but I was absolutely blown away by this location's service. I ordered 4 bagel packs that needed to be delivered to 4 separate locations. The employee who packed my order not only made sure the bagels were varied correctly, but also put the plates and cream cheeses in separate bags for easy delivery. I did not request this, they just did it because they thought it would be helpful. I would definitely order...
Asian chicken salad was meh. Someone else in our party ordered a half sandwich-not a Pick 2 and it was more than the posted price. I was told they only posted the pick 2 prices. That's decieving. If I come back, I'll know better, Panera.
