“Placed an order for delivery tonight. Unfortunately they were pretty backed up though so they called and offered to give me 50% off my order to pick it up. However, my total was only $10.00 and that was the delivery fee and tip because I was using my points. I didn't want them to be staying out later than they needed to so I just asked for them to cancel my order.“
“I always preferred another pizza chain to Papa John's, but that has changed over the last couple of years, and this location is always quick, polite, and helpful! That could be part of the reason why I've changed my opinion on which restaurant I prefer.“
“I ordered pizzas for my daughter's birthday party for pickup. I neglected to note the schedule of events for her party. I actually needed the pizzas an hour and a half later than when I ordered them. The staff at this PJ's was more than amicable about changing my order time and status from carryout to delivery. Plus, that delivery arrived right on time! I wish I had had cash on me at the time the driver--also super friendly--arrived with the pies. Thanks PJ's! Customer Service is not dead!“

“I thought I ordered a different pizza from what I received, so I did a review that I was disappointed. Miranda, a new general manager called me to follow up! Turns out I was wrong! I DID get what I ordered!!! God bless her for checking! Very nice!“
“I would make these five stars; however, Papa Johns needs to tighten up with their 3rd party vendors who take orders from the local number provided by Google, who I believe live in India. It's very difficult to understand them, they find it difficult to repeat the order, the order is too often incorrect at no fault of the local staff, this does not support the local economy only the CEOs fat pockets, and the prices are higher to cover the cost of using this 3rd party vendor. Shame on Papa J.
Once the staff explained this, and provided their direct line to place future orders, all orders have been 100% correct and the cost for a large pizza has been dramatically decreased from around $25ish to under $20 (estimates only).
The staff must deal with many headaches every week bc of this selfish decision from the higher-ups. With that said, all the employees have always been extremely respectful, helpful, and still a pleasure to speak and interact with. I think they al deserve raises, and no, I do not know any of them personally.“
“Working for this market was amazing. I loved my supervisor. CINDY Is by far the best supervisor I’ve ever had. When I worked for papa johns it was not long but I am glad I got to work at Robious. This company is truly a great learning and working environment.“

My partner and I decided to get some late night grub. Papa Johns so happen to be the only place open. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smiling face from a gentleman with glasses and another gentleman who looked like the delivery man. They were both so nice and had great customer service! I was very happy with my service“
“Always a pleasure. I get lunch from them usually about once a week and it's always a good time. Today, I got a stuffed crust pepperoni for pick up and they were ready in 7 minutes! Keep up the good work and good luck with the marathon tomorrow.“
